I listened to the recording last night. OMG. Wow. There was so much there. I don't even know where to start unpacking it all. Oddly enough I have been feeling a bit more comfortable in my own skin and more at peace.
So much work to do. It's left me with more questions so I need to write those all down. Again thanks for giving up your Sunday. It was really cool. I was a bit skeptical but thats definitely tempered!
